What Does Chronic Micro Vascular Ischemia With Empty Sella Signify?

MRI the comments is; no intracranial lesion found to account for the clinical symptoms and signs, no lesion of the optic chiasm is seen. There are periventricular white matter changes which are most likely to reflect chronic micro vascular ischaemia. Incidental empty sella. Could you tell me what the mean for me. Thank you. Carmen

Hi ,chronic micro vascular ischemia is age related changes and carries no significance.

Empty sella is also incidental finding.
If not causing any symptoms then nothing to worry ,Thanks.
