May I ask you What "Anoxia. cardiac arrest from circulatory failure due to severe acute internal haemorrhage;
Multiple rib fractures and pulmonary lacerations; trauma to the brain and brain stem;
ischemic heart disease. means to you . I am confused....

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that the clinical situation of the patient seems to be really serious and life-threatening.

He may have had an accident, which has lead to a lot of bleeding, and low blood flow to the brain. His heart has stopped (I don't understand if the patient is dead or resuscitated) . From the other hand his brain has been seriously damaged by the trauma.
