What Does Calcification Found On The Dura Of Frontal Lobe Mean?

I have just received a MRI and there was calcification found in the dura of my frontal lobe.i deal with undifferentiated connective tissue disorder( positive antibody for scleroderma). I was also diagnosed with raynauda and eppstein Barr. I lost hair last year but it is growing back. This year I have had increased yeast infections, UTIs, joint and muscle pain fibromyalgia, constant fatigue and halitosis.my eyesight is getting worse quicknespecially far distances at night and I feel like they are cloudy sometimes. Almost two months ago I started having numbness and tingling in my toes and now I can barely feel them at all( I also have some lumps on the back of my Achilles tendon but it doesn t seem to be getting any better) I had some blood work done and I was anemic and had slightly elevated sed rate and platelets. My rheumotologist ordered an MRI of brain to check to see if the pituritary adenoma that I had from years ago had any growth or affect. The results say it is gone but there was calcification found on the dura of my frontal lobe not sure which side. What does this mean? If I am experiencing numbness and tingling and now loss of feeling in my toes, could this be from the calcification? What are some possible prognosis or treatment options since my bloodwork said there is inflammation in my body and i have the other symptoms and when I get headaches they are banging and sometimes when I stand I get dizzy... He is also ordering a ct scan to get clarity. Any insight is welcomed...

It would be helpful to know your exact age.
Dural calcification is a common finding and mostly regarded as normal unless it is diffusely present or present at very young age.
Dura is the covering of the brain and it deeps down between the frontal lobes to partially separate them. This portion of dura is called the falx (latin for sickle). This is a common site to see calcification.
Nevertheless, two rather common causes of pathological dural calcification are chronic kidney disease and parathyroid disease. If you are worried, you can get a blood work for creatinine, calcium and phosphate done to look into these. However, in my experience, most cases turn out to be normal.
Have a nice day!
