OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I don't think that there is nothing much to worry about this condition, bulky ovaries could be due to a condition called endometriosis or it can also be due to a condition called polycystic ovarian disease, which both are curable. I would suggest you to have ultrasound examination of lower abdomen every 6 months and do all your hormonal test thyroid profile and prolactin test done.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
