What Does Brown Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

hi, i am 34 years women banker with height about 4.11 ft and weight 59 kg. i had my laparoscopic appendectomy 45 days ago. 10 days after the surgery, i had my regular period. but this time during my period there is small amount of brown discharge only. what may be the cause.

* As per my clinical experience, the issue of brown vaginal discharge indicates possible vaginal infection through some sort of bacteria or fungi.
* There is no concern with appendicectomy before 45 days here.
* My guidelines at present

- Drink more liquids.
- Local part care with gentian violet sitz bath.
- Avoid sexual intercourse if active.
- Consult your OBGY as per the need for antibiotics and supportive.
