What Does Bleeding During Pregnancy Indicate ?
I am 20 years old and 7 months Pregnant , my concern is tht there has been times wen I go to the restroom I have bloody shows, they are mostly in small amounts but today it was in a larger amount, could this be bad??

Bleeding at 7 month is not a good sign as it can be a placental bleed occurring due to placenta privia;or abruptio placenta.This bleeding requires medical attention so please immediately consult your Gynaecologist and get examined by her.She will examine you and advise treatment.Also till you reach the doctor or ER please take complete bed rest.Do not ignore the bleeding.

Bleeding in pregnancy whether small or large is significant and needs immediate medical attention. The bleeding could be due to a number of causes including low lying placenta. You need to consult your Obstetrician immediately for complete examination and if indicated an ultrasound examination.

Any bleeding from the Vagina during pregnancy can be dangerous. Keep a watch on your foetal movements. 'Show' usually comes by 8th month before labour starts. Visit your Gynaeclogist immediately.
