What Does Below Urine Analysis Report Indicate?

My 12 year old daughter's urinalysis results: color: yellow, transarency: sl. Turbid, spec. Gravity: 1.010 PH: 6.0, Protein: traces, sugar:negative RBC: 1-3, WBC:2-5, epithelial cdlls 1+, bacteria: negative, A. Urates 2+, no cast seen, M. Threads 1+.

She does not have her menstrual period yet.
