What Does Anteverted Uterus With Thickened Endometrium In An Ultrasound Mean?

Hi, my transvaginal ultrasound result. Normal sized anteverted uterus with thickened endometrium and hyperechoic. Uterus is heterogeneous. In my right ovary there s cyst structure measuring 2.02 x 1.99 x 1.55 cm unilocular, thin walled and anaechoic. Is there any problem with the result? Thank you

For pelvic and general examination , consult gynecologist. . ...

Here treatment has to be individualised according to need ...

This endometrial thickening could be from endometrial hyperplasia for which curattage has to be done. ...

If ovarian cyst not resolved with time , for that hormonal pill can be given.....

The history regarding menstruation , bleeding has to be taken ...
