General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
I can understand the concern on having blood in stool.
The commonest causes of bleeding from rectum are:
Hemorrhoids or piles as they are commonly called as.
Polyp, ulcer, mass such as cancer also can cause bleeding per-rectum.
The only way to be sure is to consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination called digital rectal examination that is DRE, anoproctoscopy to begin with and a confirmatory colonoscopy.
Till then do the following:
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Take a laxative to have smooth stools.
High fiber diet and plenty of oral fluids.
