Hello

Findings suggests urinary tract infection(UTI) with renal parenchymal disease.
UTI is indicated by presence of pus cells and few bacteria in urine.Positive WBC esterase also indicate infection.
Epithelial cells and few urates are normally found in urine.

You need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram, renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.

It is important to evaluate renal parenchymal disease.Renal parenchymal disease is indicated by excessive albumin and RBC in urine.
Presence of sugar also need proper evaluation.

Get well soon.
Take Care
