Understanding your concern. As per your query you have swollen lymph node in the neck. Well it seems to be swelling in submandibular lymph nodes or tonsillitis. Many a times the lymph nodes takes comparatively longer time to resolve as compared to the resolution of infection, therefore you can take another course of antibiotics and do warm compresses over the swollen lymph nodes. If the lymph nodes shows signs of regression its fine otherwise consult ENT specialist and a Biopsy has to be done to rule out the exact cause of swelling and treatment can be planned accordingly.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
