Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to mention history in the question I think you are having headache problem and for that underlying cause should be evaluated. You can check blood pressure to rule out hypertension like problem and if possible also check your sugar level is hypoglycemia also can lead headache. If any acute stress full event history present then let me know about that because acute anxiety can lead headache. As far as home remedy is concerned Paracetamol like non steroid over the counter anti inflammatory drug can be prescribed. Lack of sleep smoking and prolonged fasting are some precipitate factor for headache.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
