What Does A Rash On The Ach Of The Foot Indicate?

My son has a rash on the arch of his foot (only one foot) along with white lines in his toe nails. And plastic like skin on the bottom of his foot. ????? He is incarcerated so don t know any more specifics. I really don t want to pay for a general question.

You have problem of rash on foot area that may be because of dermatitis or allergies or other reasons.

Consult a skin specialist for clinical examination of foot.
After clinical examination final diagnosis can occurs.
