Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be solar keratosis due to excessive sun exposure. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.

Apply salicylic acid 12% ointment on the lesion. By keratolytic action of salicylic acid, the lesion might improve. Apply sunscreen lotion to protect the skin from the sun.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
