General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some blood disorder leading to capillary bleeding giving rise big bruises.
If you are on some blood thinner medicine this might cause this type of bleeding or some internal bleeding as well.
This chronic lose of blood might cause anemia and pallor.
Go for blood checking like platelet count, ptb and INR, hemoglobin estimation.
After report necessary treatment can be decided.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Ok and take care.
