Those bumps or lumps or swelling is most likely lymph nodes or furuncle a kind of boil if they are painful, so mostly they could be of infective etiology. Like an ear infection. You will need further laboratory tests which depend on the findings of examination by a doctor. I would suggest that you show them to a physician or an ENT specialist for proper evaluation and to find the septic foci.
