General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
Thanks for writing to HCM.

Those bumps or lumps or swelling is most likely lymph nodes or furuncle a kind of boil if they are painful, so mostly they could be of infective etiology.

Like an ear infection. You will need further laboratory tests which depend on the findings of examination by a doctor.

I would suggest that you show them to a physician or an ENT specialist for proper evaluation and to find the septic foci.

He might also ask you a few blood test like a complete blood count and sugar levels and can prescribe you antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs for the same.

Hope I have been helpful.

Regards,
I find this answer helpful
