hello Sir, My serology report is as follows TB IgA 181.25 (Negative) TB IgG 330.87 (Positive) TB IgM .74 (Negative) I don t have any other problem. Does this mean I have TB

What symptoms do you have? You have a TB Infection as Ig G suggests chronic Infection. You will have to consult a Physician as you may need Anti TB Medications.
Speak to your Doctor at the earliest.
