Abdominal lymphadenopathy means there is abnormal enlargement of the lymph nodes in your abdomen, most likely because of some infection/inflammation. It can also occur in some neoplastic diseases. 2 cms is a big lymph node. Please do follow up of it and if it is not resolving do an FNAC from it.
