Hi, I am 28 year of age and I would like to know what is the term ACL Functionaly incompetent and what is the treatment for this after artrhoscopy?

Hi samtipu,
loss of tensile strengt of ACL leads to instability of knee joint, if the symptoms are minimal can be managed by quandriceps excersice but if you have severe knee instability you may require ACL repair.
