What Does 3 Bladder Infection Mean?

It seems like I am sick all the time and just when I am feeling better I get worse. Currently I have lower abdominal pain mostly on the left side, lower back pain, chest pain, and I get really hot at night and feel like I m on fire from the inside. I also have to urinate which seems like all the time and I occasionally get a sharp shooting pain while I urinate or shortly after...I have been to my doctor and to the clinic in my area and I was thought to have had 3 bladder infections because of where the pain was and white blood cells in my urine within 3 months but when my results were sent to the lab it came back negative for a bladder infection so who knows...so I was on antibiotics about 3 times in 3 months.
