What Do You Suggest For Follicular Lymphoma?

Follicular lymphoma; Encounter for antineoplastic immunotherapy .Now she has follicular lymphoma with the largest mass of almost 4 cm in diameter in her abdomen with possible infiltration of the mesenteric fat. She is felt to have stage IIA disease with a mesenteric mass FLIPI score 2 (intermediate). Of note, BM biopsy showed low level involvement (1%). As discussed before we feel that she will benefit from treatment. As noted before she has multiple comorbid conditions that might prevent her from being candidate for more intense therapy. At this time, the plan is to proceed with single agent rituximab for 8 weeks followed by manteinance therapy. /?
