What Do You Suggest For A Slight Extended Bone In The Left Nostril?

My 13 year old son, has slight extended bone in left nostril. This makes his left nostril air passage semi-blocked.

I think he has slight snoring... which could be due to this.

Any suggestions on something to be done or just leave it like this?

From outside everything is normal, and he does not experience any difficulty in breathing.

HI
Thank for asking for HCM
Conservative medical management some time gives good result and that includes the steroid containing nasal drops, with anti histamine oral medicine, steam inhalation ask him to drink more water, following is the line of treatment,
1) Momentasone nasal spray
2) Terfenadine Tab once in day
3) Tab. Ibuprofen 100 mg three times in day
You can try this medicines you have to give this medicine for a longer period of time till he gets relief, hope this treatment would help him have nice day.
