Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, it can be fungal infection like P.versicolor and may need oral antifungal like terbenafine as well as topical applications as well however detailed dermatologist review is a must.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
