Hello,

Your fiancé has a cluster of white and red spots near his elbow, forearm and knees. It is itchy but not unbearable. It may be indicative of dermatitis, eczema, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, eczema is more itchy. It may also be due to some allergic reactions to substances such as gluten or pollen, animal dander, dust, mites, detergent, perfumed soap, etc. These bumps can also be due to excessive exposure to the UV rays.

Lighter skinned people are also much prone to the formation of the itchy red bumps occurring on the elbow, knees, forearm, areas of crease, etc. Allergic reaction that occurs due to the tanning lotion can also lead to the bumps on the elbow. He should take care of his hygiene. Wear soft cotton clothes. He should avoid getting exposed to severe temperatures and chemicals to prevent many skin inflammations and forming small bumps on forearm, elbows, knees, etc.

He should avoid blankets and clothes made from rough fibers such as wool or synthetics like polyester. After bathing he should use a herbal or water based moisturizer instantly to seal in the moisture. He should avoid addictions if any. To be on the safe side he can get clinically examined by a dermatologist. He will be treated accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
