What Do Tingling Sensation And Red Spots On The Penis Indicate?

Hello, I had sex with a sex worker about 5 days ago and had unprotected oral sex and protected sex . I am worried I have an STD. My penis has been tingling for a couple days and today when I went to shower it started to hurt. I then after the show noticed a lot of red swelling and red spots on my penis. I am sure I have an STD. I have attached a few photos of my penis and you will notice the red areas and the many red spots. Can you inform me what STD this likely is and what is my best recourses going forward?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

See STD infections are many. Maybe yes you could have got an infection from the sex only. But for all this, any full course antibiotic like Amoxicillin, Ciprofloxacin, and Norfloxacin etc. can take dosage based on body weight.

Usually, antibiotics cause bit gastritis so better gastric tablets before food to be supplemented. After 5-7 days course, you will be definitely better.
