What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?

Hello My daughter is detected Dangue NS1 +ve on 05/10/2015 having high fever now hospitalised, Now fever is under control, but fever does come once or twice a day. her Widal test result is Anti S Typhi H Titre is -- Nil -- Anti S Typhi O Titre is 1:50 ParaTyphi AH Titre is -- Nil -- ParaTyphi BH Titre is -- Nil -- Her Platelates count is 6/10 - 1,78,000 7/10 - 1,53,000 8/10 - 1,35,000 9/10 - yet to come Her SGOt count is 6/10 - 33 U/L 7/10 - 40 U/L 8/10 - 75 U/L 9/10 - 143 U/L Pl. advise

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, age of patient is not mentioned here, if this is dengue then fever is likely and this is nothing to worry but once the patient becomes afebrile then the platelet start breaking and this is the crucial phase, once the patient being hospitalized then no need to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
