Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your situation.
The urine report is suggestive of
urinary tract infection caused by the bacteria E.coli.
Blood test is suggestive of
hyperuricemia (
increased uric acid in the blood) and based on these results your doctor might have prescribed appropriate antibiotic and medicine to reduce the high uric acid levels.
It seems to me your doctor also wanted to rule out
syphilis by requesting the Venereal Disease Research Laboratory (VDRL) test. It is a screening test commonly done in case of suspected acquired syphilis.
Remember, you can get syphilis by direct contact with a syphilis sore during vaginal, anal, or oral sex. Sores can be found on the penis, vagina, anus, in the rectum, or on the lips and in the mouth.
Unprotected sex like "an unprotected blow job" can be a risk factor for the spread of syphilis from your infected male partner.
So, you must also see that your "male friend" also gets tested for syphilis so that both of your will be treated by your doctor.
Hope these answer your queries.
