Your bilirubin level is normal. There is no need to worry about bilirubin. But your hemoglobin level is quite low. There are many causes of low hemoglobin. You also have abdominal pain. It may be related to low hemoglobin. The cause might gastro-intestinal bleeding or worm infestation or may be other cause. It needs to be investigated.
Advice
1.     Immediately consult your doctor as hemoglobin less than 8 gm/dL is a serious condition and you might need blood transfusion
2.     Ferrous sulfate tablet – one tablet daily (Brand name – Autrin, Dexorange) for 3 months
3.     Folic acid 5 mg (Tablet Folvite) – one tablet daily for 3 months
4.     Albendazole 400 mg daily orally empty stomach in the morning for 3 days only
5.     Take high fiber diet to prevent constipation due to iron such as pure wheat bread, green vegetable, fruits like apple
6.     Avoid strenuous physical activity
7.     Investigations
a.     Hb%
b.     Complete blood count
c.     Peripheral smear of blood
d.     Occult blood test in stool
e.     Ultrasound whole abdomen
These are basic investigations. You might need other investigations such as upper gastrointestinal endoscopy or colonoscopy. But these investigations are done under medical supervision.
I hope this information will help you. I will be happy if you ask another question
