Can you explaine the following findings: Uterus - normal in size, anteverted with homogenous echopatter 5x2.9x3.5 cm Hyphoechoic solid nodule in the right lateral subserous region 0.87x0.66 cm Cervix with multiple endocervical cyst largest is 0.77cm What is a nabothian cysts Should i be worried with these findings
