What does normal Vascular flow voids are demonstrated with in the major visualized intercranial vasculature suggesting patency by T2 criteria mean? Also visualized paranasal sinuses, bilateral mastoid air cells and middle ear cavaties are low in signal on all pulse sequenses?
According to MRI report you have normal findings. Major visualized vessels in brain are patent and show flow voids which is normal finding.Flow voids appearance in T2 signals are due to presence of moving blood and it shows normal patency. Paranasal sinuses, bilateral mastoid air cells and middle ear cavities are low in signal on all pulse sequences due to presence of air in these structures which is normal. Hope i have answered your query.
