What Do The CT Scan Results Of Chest Indicate?

I had a ct chest w/o contrast I've had trouble with my lungs for years it said a few things but I wanted to know about this part Calcified granuloma are identified in the right lung with calcified lymph nodes in the hilar region and mediastinum from old granulomatous disease and I don't understand what all that means if you could help any thank you

Calcified granulomas are seen after a healed infection, same thing with the calcified lymph nodes in the hilar region and mediastinum.

That means there is no active infection now, but previously caused infection after healing has left the trace.

It looks like a Pulmonary tuberculoses, other lung pathologies like sarcoidosis or any interstitial lung diseases with lymphadenopathy was treated - this granulomas are trace of previous infection.
