What Do Swollen Lymph Nodes On The Scalp And Neck Indicate?

i have had scalp lesions and swollen lyph nodes on my scalp and neck, been put on antibiotics for 5 months oral and topical for the lesions(no change) fatigue and headaches. ive changed shampoos and conditoners several times to check for sensitvities. ER doctors told me to get a new doctor havent gotten one yet just wondering how concerned i should be and what the possibilites are
