What Do Small Little Lumps Around The Anus Indicate?

Hi I have noticed about 4 to 5 small little white lumps on the outside I the anus. I'm a gay 22 year old male. I have been looking up on te matter and I'm not sure on what to do. I have stated to shave around my anus and was wandering would this have anything to do with it?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be infective lesion and care needs to be taken for that if this is pus contained there then it may requires draining of puss too, I would suggest to try Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day for seven days but clinical examination is must with routine blood test hope this information helps.
