Hi, I'm 22 years old and I just found out that I was pregnant on fathers day and that I will be 19weeks tomorrow.. But before I found out I was pregnant big and sometimes small bumps appear on my vigina that itch please tell me what it is am really scared

From history it seems that you might be having fungal infection or some bacterial infection in vagina.
Consult your Obst. and get examined so that lesion is treated in time before your delivery.
Keep local hygiene proper.
