General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

A nose injury can irritate the nerve endings inside the nostrils, leading to repeated sneezing. It can also cause inflammation and swelling, leading to congestion and difficulty breathing which can also trigger sneezing. The sneezing could also be a result of an allergy, as diagnosed by your doctor. It's always a good idea to follow the advice of a medical professional and continue any prescribed treatments to manage your symptom.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
