What Do Red Spots On The Hands Indicate?

About 3 days ago, some very light red spots appeared on the back of both of my hands. They do not itch or burn or cause any sensation in my hand but they have been there for 72 hours now. again, they are very light but needless to say I am concerned.

Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

It is important to know wether these are raised from the skin or not, if they are raised the there may be some allergy or insect bite. And as there are no any coexisting symptom, there is nothing to worry. You may apply some aloe vera or calamine lotion till then. Its difficult to say what its without examination, but as for now it doesnt seem any serious issue.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi Mahato, General & Family Physician
