When I was pregnant about a year ago noticed right on my upper side torso right where my breast meets my side. I m full breasted. (DD) I noticed three light red spots in a triangle formation... well about 5 months ago noticed a couple more going lower down the side of my torso. Now as in the last couple weeks more have appeared and now my side is some what sensitive.. should I be concerned ??

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

These spots described by you, might be with no importance at all, or they might be part of a syndrome. Skin rash is generally related to a fungal infection (tinea versicolor), it might be hives caused by an allergic reaction or stress, or it might be cherry angiomas. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist, because a physical examination it's necessary to put the right diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Suela Gjata,
