General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The rashes on stomach and legs indicate viral dermatitis. Primary care with:
-Keeping the part clean with antiseptic liquid, dry.
-Wear loose, cotton clothes and avoid exposure to heat.
-Use of dusting powder as Clotrimazole (1%).
-Plenty of liquids to maintain hydration.
-Anti-histamine and supportive medicines as per the clinician concern.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
