What Do Rashes On Legs And Arms Indicate?

My 8-year-old stepdaughter has a mysterious skin condition - small pustules, rash only on the legs and arms (elbows). It keeps her awake at night and so far antiviral medication isn t helping. That was prescribed by a dermatologist who thinks the condition is erythema. She may have been exposed to fresh lawn fertilizer, so it could be contact dermatitis but the doctor didn t think so. Any thoughts?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello there,
A photo of the lesion would have been more helpful with proper history as to how long this lesion is there? does she has fever or any other complains along with it?
for the time being we can continue her on antiviral.
also we can add tablet cetirizine and application of aloe Vera on the lesions.
this should resolve it.
if it doesn't then do get back to us.
regards
