What Do Protruding Vagina, Bloating And Painful Stomach Post Childbirth Suggest?

I had a baby a little over a year ago. This was my second child and i delivered both by c-section. After the second birth I noticed that my once innie is now an outie. I also noticed after a couple months when my belly should have went down I still look pregnant. Sometimes it goes down but then it bloats again. Now Im noticing its very tender and painful if I touch my belly button or even the area around it. HELP!!!!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having lax abdominal and pelvic floor muscles giving rise this problem.
There is possibility of developing incisional hernia.
There is also possibility of uterine prolapse giving protrusion of vagina.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
Meanwhile go for abdominal recti and pelvic floor exercises.
Avoid constipation and cough reflex.
Ok and take care.
