What Do Painful Spots Inside The Nostril Indicate?

For about 5 days touching one side of nose has pain looked up there with light has little white dots all around hair folicules this is sudden I don t know if it s staph or foliculitus or bacteria infection . No loss of smell just hurts and can see only when shining light up nasal cavity little white dots maybe 20 or so on side wall of where hair grows in nose what are possibility pain and symptom only occurred last 5 days

It may be due to nasal vestibulitis or folliculitis may be due to infection may present like red or inflamed bumps or white painful bumps at the nostril openings. Staphylococcus may common cause for it.
Avoid excessive blowing of the nose or use Mupirocin oint /Bacitracin Local application. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
