Hi Patient age 23 Unmarried female Having pain and swelling in hip joint since three months Below is the MRI report Kindly explain this and suggest what kind of treatment should be taken Right femur head two small sclerotic lesions average about 0.5 cm being low signal at all pulse sequence Left femur neck intramedullary sclerotic lesion measures about 1 cm being low signal at all pulse sequence Bilateral minimal joint effusion Mild free fluid collection at douglas pouch Thanks in advance

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You can take Aceclofenac and paracetamol combination 2 times a day for five days. Take Omeprazole twice a day for five days. Apply hot water bag on affected site. Apply Diclofenac spray at the pain site
