Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to undigested food or can be due to clotted blood fragments and needs evaluation by stool analysis and sigmoidoscopy if it persists. Drink ample amount of water and avoid weeds or unusual vegetables ingestion. For pulled ligament or muscle OTC analgesics like acetaminophen and bed rest will help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
