What Do My Lab Test Results Indicate?

My lab tests came back and showed TIBC 271, UIBC 120. Iron, Serum 151, Iron saturation 56, and Ferritin serum 324. Previous tests were TIBC 270, UIBC 134, Iron Serum 136, Iron Saturation 50, and Ferritin serum 489. I have fatty liver and tested as a carrier for hemochromatosis, although my dr. thinks I could still have it. Although Ferritin serum has lowered other numbers went up. Should I be worried?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Your serum ferritin ,TIBC and transferring saturation are raised.
If you are first degree relative of the patient then these findings come under asymptomatic hemochromatosis category.
You should be tested for C282Y and H63D mutation.
If you comes positive for this then needs phlebotomy.
