What Do Muscle Spasms In The Right Leg Indicate?

My 28 y/o daughter is “undiagnosed, developmentally disabled”. She doesn’t have any words. In the last two weeks her right leg has started having involuntary muscle movement/spasms (call them “wiggling”). Some are so bad she can not keep her balance and sits down. Some are not so bad and she just keeps walking...but it’s not a normal walking pattern, I can tell it’s “wiggling” again. The longest has lasted about 2:00, the others about :30 seconds. I know I have not seen every time.
