What Do Itchy Rashes On The Lower Legs And Forearms Indicate?
I have developed a rash on my lower legs and forearms that is extremely uncomfortable. The rash itches extremely bad. And I just itch all over. I cannot sleep or relax because I am itching so bad. I need to know what to do that will make me stop itching.

The symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction. I suggest using anti histamines such as Cetirizine 10 mg to relieve the itching. I also suggest using hydro cortisone dream for local application.
