What Do Itchy Rashes All Over The Body Indicate?

I am having a difficult time getting a diagnosis. This started about 3 months ago. I have been told I have prurigo nodularis, plaque psoriasis, and eczema. My lab results show flagged high WBC, Neutrohils, Eos, glucose serum, BUN/Creatinine ratio, sodium syrum and Triglycerides. I have sores all over my body (well over 300) and also a rash. Both cause very extreme itching. I have lost 25 pounds without trying and I am cold all the time. I recently started Humira, which does not seem to be doing anything 3 shots in. I have not had any fever, just the other symptoms mentioned.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is nice to know that you have no fever but have discomfort due to your skin problems. It seems medicines fail to control the itching even when you receive the shots. Well, you can try a simple medicine like Diphenhydramine which is an antihistamine. Try using calamine lotion o aloevera moisturiser. Hope you have had STD screening tests done, if not do it & get treated well. Get out of all addiction, check your mattress. I suggest you take a new one. Hope its not scabies as it does cause such itches, if it is, you can use Ascabiol lotion(after making sure you are not allergic to it) apply it after a bath, at places where you have the rash & take a warm bath after an hour. If you get relieved you can repeat after 15 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
