What Do Itchy Bumps On The Temple Indicate?

hi there, I ve been fighting a bug for about a week now- the first couple days I was running a fever and had major chills and body aches, as well as being very nauseous. I seem to be at the tale end of it, with just a sore throat and very runny nose. My question is that yesterday I noticed a cluster of small, EXTREMELY itchy bumps on my left temple, and this morning I woke up with another cluster of these itchy bumps on my right temple, exactly symmetrical! Could this be related to my illness? I have not used any new hair/ skin/ makeup products and am very confused.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think you are experiencing an allergic reaction from the medication you were taking lately. I think Ceterizine can help to reduce rush and itching. Also stop the drug that you were taking.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
