What Do Itchy Bumps On Palm Of Hand Indicate?

Hi, I have an itchy callus type area on the palm of my hand. Seems if I shave it with a razor I can get some relief. After shaving the area it comes right back. This has been for twenty plus years now. One Dr. froze the area and that didnt work, another Dr. cut it out and it came back as well. More recently, I grew another one on the outside of my opposite hand. Thanks for the help.
