Hello dear,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Healthcare Magic. I read your query and I understand your concern.

Actually it happens that there can be excreted high quantities of glucose in urine, despite the normal level of glucose in blood. This condition is called renal glucosuria. Different conditions could be accused as culprits, which may be associated with tubular disorders such as Fanconi-de Toni-Debre syndrome, Wilson disease, cystinosis, hereditary tyrosinemia, or oculocerebrorenal osteodystrophy (Lowe syndrome). Renal glucosuria has also been reported in patients with acute pyelonephritis in the presence of a normal blood glucose level.
I would recommend you to repeat urinalysis and then go further with examinations for the conditions I mentioned.

Hope I helped with my answer.

Kind Regards,
Dr. Ina
